KHP Capital Partners is a real estate private equity firm focused on investments in boutique and independent hotels who approached Typework Studio Design Agency with the need for a complete brand. KHP was formed in 2015 by Mike Depatie, Joe Long and Ben Rowe to take over the private equity fund management business formerly managed by Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants after the sale of the hotel management company to InterContinental Hotel Group. What was needed was a new logo design for the overall brand identity, along with marketing/print materials and cms web design for a strong online presence. This project shows the finalized CMS web design and web development for KHP, complete with mobile responsiveness, by our NY Branding and Design Agency.
